Things I ate, today:
20 or so BBQ rice crackers for pre-brekky on the train.

Soy americano, grande.

Rice and Lentils for a balanced brekky.

1 scoop of lemon ice in a waffle cone for mid morning snack.

Egg, tomato, avocado sandwich for lunch.

Vanilla mini cuppy cake with vanilla frosting and sprinkles for mid lunch snack.

Curry fried noodles and veggies.

Grapefruit/lemon flavoured “smart water,” meaning Pink dyed sugar water because I was thirsty and water was not sufficing.

(yet to be eaten) Mint flavoured AeroBar.

1 chocolate coated Krispy Kreme

1 black coffee with 2 
Sweet’n’Low.

(to be eaten on the train) 1 kebab-shop falafel.

… This misery to my stomach was brought to you by sparse REM sleep on my overnight train into Sydney…

… Who knows what culinary disasters await my digestive track in Melbourne tomorrow morning…!
